How to make a BROWN SUGAR & CINNAMON BODY SCRUB

4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2-3 Tablespoons Almond Oil
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 cups brown sugar
1-2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
Vitamin E oil (I used 8 Vitamin E oil capsules, just poke hole in the pill and squeeze the oil out)

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, making sure to mix everything well.  Once mixed you can add more oil or sugar, or any other ingredient to achieve the consistency you prefer.  I wanted the consistency to be like a wet sand.

To use, scrub all over your body when taking a shower or bath.

The scrub mixture should be enough to fill 3 half pint (8 oz.) jars or containers.

Store in a sealed container to prevent moisture from seeping in. Do not get water in the container when you're using it (unless you plan to use it all up at once) because introducing water into the product can cause unwanted bacterial growth.  You can store this in a refrigerator or in a cool, dark place(out of the sun light).

This has a 6 month shelf life.

Add a small spoon tied to the top of the jar with string or ribbon and this makes a perfect gift.

*I also added cute tags to mine that gave the name, ingredients, how to store, and "shelf life."

And the credit for bending the spoons goes to my wonderful husband, without his strength I would be SOL, ;) .
